Dunk & Associates offers a quarterly Compliance Package program. It’s a lot of work to manage a business and its employees. The obligations for employers in Human Resources can be overwhelming and daunting. Our Compliance Package program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources you need to meet compliance and best practice standards. It’s also our way of ensuring program entrenchment into every part of your business.
Quarterly, we can provide a topic-specific package, such as discrimination and accommodations. This package consists of a few tasks and instructions to guide you through your requirements. Instructions tell you what you need to post, what you should address in a talk, any legislative notices, etc. The purpose of the package is to provide you with a systematic approach to ensuring your programs are implemented successfully and all of your annual requirements are covered. The packages takes all legislation into account, so all requirements are met.

PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Our office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (EST) and Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (EST).
Technical Support: All Systems 24-7 clients receive complimentary technical support services via telephone or email. User guides are provided that will easily walk you through both the administrative and user functions. However, if more help is required, we will be there to help.
Professional and Program Support: Clients are assigned a Client Services Representative to be their main contact at Dunk & Associates. This team, along with our safety and HR professionals, support clients by answering questions, providing guidance and developing content. Examples of these services include policy review/development, claim review and training module creation. We can even check in on clients by making regular outbound phone calls to highlight certain program requirements or to see how things are going.
QUARTERLY TALK AND QUIZ
Many companies have implemented monthly, weekly or even daily toolbox talks to discuss important information about safety or other topics. Having these talks are quick ways to get in training or reminders to reinforce your programs. The best way to retain information is to reinforce. We have a large bank of existing talks in a variety of topics, and with Systems 24-7, we post a new topic quarterly in human resources. Using Systems 24-7 to deliver our talks makes it easier, as it can often be tricky to get everyone in one place at once. We help you make it simple.
ON-SITE TRAINING AND COACHING
Could your staff need a little hands-on training, such as accommodation or fity for duty? Dunk & Associates’ professional staff can be on-site to help train and coach using our hands-on approach. Training will be documented and recorded, to ensure your legal compliance.
Have an investigation that is perhaps out of your scope – such as a case of inappropriate behaviour? Our professionals can be called upon to help you with the investigation process. We will help you to thoroughly investigate any concern, create a report and follow-up with you should action be required. Investigations don’t have to be scary – we’re here to help.
