WORKPLACE EVOLUTION: CHANGING MENTAL HEALTH CULTURE

Company culture has a significant impact on whether a company is able to accomplish its most significant goals. Poor mental health in the workplace costs employers thousands of dollars each year from lost-time, lost productivity, costs associated with workplace mental stress claims, costs of running benefits programs, and more. Creating positive workplace cultures needs to be a goal of every employer across Canada. Employees should feel that their workplace is a safe space and they should be comfortable discussing mental health issues with management. But where do we start? Changing the organizational culture can feel like rolling square rocks up a hill.

This workshop series will take place over 6 weeks via webinar. Each session, we will build the foundations needed to change workplace culture and provide leadership with the needed skills to gain trust and confidence from their workers. This is not a theory-based course. It’s not going to be full of ideas with no outcomes. You will be provided with tools and assignments to actually change mindset and you’ll leave with a trainer delivery program to roll out to your own managers and supervisors. After all, the best lessons learned are the ones you can share.
