FEES AND REGISTRATION
COST OF TRAINING
Dunk & Associates strives to make Certification Training affordable for small to large size employers across Ontario. Learners must complete their Certification Part 2 with an approved provider within 6 months of completing their Certification Part 1. Fees are the same regardless of the learning style you select.
Certification Part 1 (Distance): $415 + HST per learner (printed materials are an additional)
Certification Part 2 (Distance): $350 + HST per learner
If a learner must miss a registered session for either Part 1 or Part 2, they must contact Dunk & Associates and provide at least 2 business days of notice of the cancellation. Not attending a registered session takes away the ability of another learner to attend. If cancellation is not received within the designated time frame, learners will be subject to a $75 administration fee.
If you order training, you only have one year to complete the training for Part 1 and/or Part 2 from date of payment.
To register for JHSC Certification Training, please click the link to the registration form below. Submit the completed Certification Order Forms by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to 905-704-0177.
Certification Orders are processed within 2 business days. Learners will receive instructional emails with their advanced course materials, overview of technical requirements, and instructions to access Certification 24-7. You will also be sent two separate emails which include your username and password to access Certification 24-7. Access codes are personalized to Certification 24-7 with the username and passcode sent from the system in two emails in order to maintain a high level of security. If you did not receive your access codes, please check your Junk Mail as the email may have been sent to it.
