Ontario JHSC Certification Training

Dunk & Associates is an approved provider by Ontario’s Chief Prevention Officer.

Who needs to be certified?

Under Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act, companies in Ontario with 20 or more employees are required to have a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) that complies with the Act. For most, that means having at least 2 committee members - 1 worker and 1 management representative - certified in health and safety. We do, however, encourage all members to be certified.

JHSC certification training can also be used for training health and safety representatives. In addition, certification is also excellent competency building for managers and supervisors and a great resumé builder. Learn more about our benefits.
