It was in that moment Systems 24-7 was born. We believe in providing expert advice and guidance at an affordable rate so that every organization can have an effective health and safety program.

It is important to know how to handle layoffs so that you don’t fall into accidental termination or constructive dismissal. Join us as we discuss how to handle layoffs, including some common questions we get, like “What if someone requests a layoff?” or “How long can I lay someone off before it becomes a termination?” or “Can I lay someone off if they are on a leave already?”.
