Client Services Representatives are ready to assist you with the program during our regular business hours. This team, along with our safety and HR professionals, supports clients by answering questions, providing guidance, and developing content. Examples of these services include policy review/development, claim review, and training course creation. We can even check in on clients by making regular outbound phone calls to highlight certain program requirements or to see how things are going.
Claims Review and Submission
Claims can be challenging to navigate but not if you have our external Occupational Health & Safety Department by your side. We will walk you through every step of the submission process and return to work process to ensure all the boxes are checked. We offer complete guidance from the initial reporting stage to a safe and early return to work.
Workplace Inspection
Sometimes you just need someone to help you get the wheels rolling. Dunk can offer you the support you need and coach and train in the art of Workplace Inspection. Where might hazards hide? What do you do if you discover a control is not working? Our qualified and experienced professionals can assist your organization in completing a successful and effective workplace inspection.
