How did we get here?
Back in the 1900’s… okay, we’re not that old. Back in 1999, our founder realized the only way to get health and safety advice came at a high cost through private consultants. It was in that moment Systems 24-7 was born. We believe in providing expert advice and guidance at an affordable rate so that every organization can have an effective health and safety program.

Skills Building: Harassment Investigations
Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 | Time: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Do you know when the line gets crossed between a conflict in the workplace and when a harassment investigation is required? Dealing with differing personalities will always be a struggle as everyone has different opinions, ways of learning, and expectations. However, where is the boundary between conflict and harassment?

Join us for this session as we discuss when to trigger a harassment investigation, who needs to be involved and what the process is for this type of investigation. While it may have similar aspects to an incident investigation, there are several important differences and aspects to consider. We will review a couple of case scenarios, and talk about the importance of confidentiality in these types of investigations as well as how to proceed once an investigation is completed.
