Does your safety committee lack direction? Do they actively participate in improving the health and safety of your workplace, or are they just showing up to meetings? Are they not sure what to look for during inspections, and just following the previous check marks? Are they overstepping their roles? Lots of workplaces struggle with how to actively engage their Safety Committee members in their roles.

This webinar is designed to get into the practical aspects of participating in a Safety Committee. We will discuss workplace inspections and job observations, health and safety program involvement and how to be a safety advocate for the workplace. We then invite you to participate as a guest in a mock Safety Committee meeting to help show how these should be run effectively in order to empower your Safety Committee members.
