It's not about setting "an objective," it's about developing a procedure on setting objectives, meeting that objection and producing documentation and conducting a review of findings. Going forward this topic will result in continual determination of objectives, implementation and meeting those objectives. This topic is about creating the foundation: the system of health and safety objectives. Remember, Excellence is about a system of management not just a specific topic or activity.
