New and Updated Features

Training Profile (New Updates)
Companies are now able to assign training to new hires only, making it easier for you to decide what training is mandatory for new hires based on their "creation" date.
In addition, companies are now also able to assign due dates to specific courses within a training profile. For example, perhaps you want WHMIS completed by January 1st of every year. With this new update, Systems 24-7 makes it possible. Due dates are now also reflected on the user's Training list.

'Complete By' Training Report (New Feature)
This new report shows a user's training completion in comparison to the assigned due date of the course. This is a great reporting tool for performance management - did an employee get their training done on time?

Email Functionality on the Basic and Detail Training Reports (New Update)
Email functionality has been added into the Basic Training and Detail Training Reports, making it easier for administrators to notify a specific employee about outstanding training, within the report output. When creating the email, the administrator can also CC the communication to the Department Manager.
In addition, there is also an email button above the training report itself, to allow administrators to email all employees with outstanding training within the displayed report. When creating the email, the administrator can also CC the communication to the Department Manager.

Customized Dashboards (New Feature)
You asked, we listened. Companies can now allow users to customize their own dashboards, based on the settings the company determines. Companies can turn on/off the widgets that employees can remove and/or reposition on their dashboards.

Global Search (New Feature)
Now on Systems 24-7, you can search your entire site at once! Below the profile and logout buttons is a search option which allows you to search all features on Systems 24-7. This new global search will search related item or resource names, descriptions, tag words or content within HTML resources.

Blog (New Feature)
Your blog is your place to post important news and stories about your organization to share with the entire company. This standard blog feature allows you to post and archive articles on your Systems 24-7 site. Controlled within the admin section, the blogs are posted under a customized widget on employee dashboards.

Import (New Feature)
Do you complete classroom-based training for items housed on Systems 24-7, such as training, monthly talks, surveys, or library sign-offs? Have no fear, you can now easily import these items into Systems 24-7 using the new import functionality.

High Fives (New Feature)
Give your employees a virtual “high-five” for good work! When an employee receives an acknowledgment or a positive review from a customer, client, co-worker or supervisor, track it online using the high five feature. Next time they log in, they will receive a virtual high five, displayed right on their dashboard.
High fives are trackable and can be an effective tool come performance review time. A living record remains on the employee's dashboard leaving them a history of their progress!

SDS Catalogue (New Feature)
Our SDS management solution combines access to our database with easy-to-use inventory management and data sheet deployment tools. This enables more cost-effective compliance with OSHA's HCS, Canada’s Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) requirements, the European Commission’s REACH regulation, as well as the more recently adopted elements of the United Nations' Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). Our online solution creates a simplified safety data sheet management system so your employees can quickly access information and your company can focus on safety.

Preventative Maintenance (New Feature)
Preventative Maintenance is a program designed to assign, schedule and track maintenance in your workplace. This program allows users to see their upcoming schedule, track what was done and notify contractors that scheduled maintenance is required. An email communication system is used to ensure maintenance requirements are not missed and escalations for resolutions are timely and responded to.
